Combining comprehensive professional knowledge with diverse practical experience that I’ve gained over the years, I lovingly use psychotherapy as a vehicle to authentically join with my clients on their mindful journey to wholeness, freedom and peace. I understand that becoming aware of, exploring and embracing both the strengths and the shadow parts of the self leads to a powerful state of being that is whole and undivided – existing in integrity with itself. Grounded in the principles of unity, mindfulness, organicity, non-violence, mind-body holism, and truth, I encourage my clients to welcome all facets of their personhood, and with gentle curiosity, grace and wonder, I guide my clients to a place of self-integration and fullness of being.

I specialize in helping people who want to explore:

 * Self-Acceptance and Self-Worth * Personal Growth * Empowerment * Relationship Issues * Family Conflict * Grief and Loss * Anxiety * Depression * Trauma * Life Transitions * Medical Diagnoses * Attachment Issues * Spirituality * Authentic Living *

Because our relationship is the foundation of a successful counseling process, I offer a free 15-minute consult appointment which provides an opportunity to see if we are a good fit. I meet with clients weekly and do not offer every-other-week, monthly or drop-in scheduling for the first 3-months of our working together. After that time, we can discuss the frequency of sessions and find a schedule that best serves you.
